EATS IN QUEENS Restaurant Month

This year, Restaurant Month pairs the cuisines of Queens with the Queens Together Pilsner from Alewife Brewing. Visit participating establishments, order from the menu, and pair your meal with a crisp QT Pilsner. $1 from every can is donated to Queens Together’s food relief efforts.

Together, we can support our restaurant community and provide food relief across the borough.

ALEWIFE BREWING QUEENS TOGETHER PILSNER

Alewife Brewing launches a year-round charity program featuring a Queens Together Pilsner, raising money for food relief, one can at a time.

Alewife Brewing's Queens Together Pilsner, a German-style beer, debuted at the 2024 Queens Together International Food Festival. Alewife co-founder, Patrick Donagher has been working with Jonathan Forgash, of Queens Together, since 2018 and had been looking for ways to help raise money for food relief.

“For a community as diverse as Queens, we wanted to create something that pairs well with everything from BBQ and pizza to spicy cuisines like Korean and Thai,” Donagher said. “I hope we can do good things with this beer. Anything we can do to help the hungry, we’re all in.”

Every can of Queens Together Pilsner purchased by diners will directly support Queens Together's food relief programming.

About Queens Together

We are a 501c3 Restaurant-Driven Food Relief Organization, empowering the local eateries we love to combat hunger in the borough we love. Our collective effort helps us provide culturally rich meals and groceries to neighbors in need, while promoting business success and job stability. Each funding dollar doesn't just fight food insecurity, it also supports our thriving community.

Since 2020, we've served meals and groceries to nearly 500,000 people, thanks to local restaurants, the USDA's Farm to Family program, and funding from public and private sources.
